Club Penguin Logging In Slow?

Ever since the Puffle Party had start, the part of logging into Club Penguin has became slow. Here is my theory of why this is happening to people who is having the same problem. I think it's because of how big the Puffle Party is and how much penguins are logging in.

Is it a glitch, or do you think it's because of how much people and how big the Puffle Party is?
