Hey penguins! We've received a new message from Gary. In the message, he is warning ALL agents to be on FULL alert this week for Herbert! Lets see what he said:

Hmm...We're still not sure what Herbert is planning, and he hasn't sent any other messages. Agents, be on full alert this week.

Still, no sight, or messages, from Herbert. But we ALL have to look out. We don't know when he could come. He could be watching us right now, just waiting for the right time to plan something bad on CP. Good luck EPF agents.
